Princeton, NJ - September 28, 2002 - Jess Buice, Invited to Join National Boards, National Teacher Assessment Development Team.   Jess Buice, founder of Music Notes, Inc. and developer of Music You Can Read ®, has been invited to be a member of the National Teacher Assessment Development Team (NTADT) for the certification assessment in Music.  Mr. Buice is one of sixteen educators who will serve on the NTADT, and has been selected because of his excellence in teaching and his commitment to improving the profession.

His role on the team will involve facilitating local meetings of other teachers who will be engaged in trying out the assessment components in their classes, and attendance in six national meetings to be held in Philadelphia over the course of one year.  The members of the NTADT will shape the assessment and oversee the try-out of the draft versions of the portfolio entries and provide feedback to us about their experience.
